Pierre Rivera is a former NYC Department of Buildings Attorney who prosecuted over 5,000 OATH summonses with a success rate of 88%. He spent five years at the NYC Law Department Affirmative Litigation Division and the Mayor’s Office of Special Enforcement where he sued illegal Airbnb operators and complicit landlords. He is a recipient of the NYC Law Department’s Public Service Award.

Pierre Rivera has a JD from Elisabeth Haub School of Law, an LLM from NYLS in Real Estate and an EMBA from Cornell University. He is a war veteran of OIF and OEF.
