Pierre Rivera is a former NYC Department of Buildings Attorney who successfully prosecuted over 5,000 OATH summonses. He spent five years at the NYC Law Department Affirmative Litigation Division and the Mayor’s Office of Special Enforcement where he sued illegal Airbnb operators and complicit landlords. He is a recipient of the NYC Law Department’s Public Service Award.

Pierre Rivera has a JD from Elisabeth Haub School of Law, an LLM from NYLS in Real Estate and an EMBA from Cornell University. He is a war veteran of OIF and OEF.
